Website Design

1. Deposit Payment
• By paying a deposit, you confirm your agreement to purchase the full website design service from Wardrop Digital.
• Payment of the deposit signifies your commitment to the project, and this deposit is non-refundable unless you have valid reasons under relevant consumer law.
2. Balance Payment
• The remaining balance of the website cost is due 14 days after paying the deposit (7 days after website delivery).
• After the website is delivered, you have 30 days for unlimited edits to all aspects of the site.
• Ongoing edits beyond the initial 30 days are limited to text and image changes as specified in the $39 per month hosting plan.

Hosting Plan

1. Monthly Subscription
• The hosting plan is a monthly subscription billed at $39 per month.
• This subscription includes:
• Ongoing hosting fees for your website.
• Domain registration fees.
• Security updates.
• Plugin updates.
• Ongoing support with unlimited text and image edits.

General Terms

• Each product’s terms are specified above, and payment for each product is distinct.
• Payments are processed through Stripe and will be indicated as “Wardrop Digital” on your billing statement.

By proceeding with payment for any of our products, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the specific terms and conditions associated with that product.
